MORE ABOUT THE FAUSTS

For more than two decades Andy & Mary Ellen Faust have served with Wycliffe Bible Translators of Canada, whose vision is: A world where translated Scriptures lead to transformed lives among people of all languages.

Andy is now on the instructional staff at Canada Institute of Linguistics (an affiliate of Trinity Western University). He helps to train people to serve language communities worldwide, through Bible translation work and in other ways. He was previously involved in two Bible translation projects in Central Asia. He was part of Knox Church while living in Edmonton in the late 1980s and early ’90s.

Mary Ellen is a mission coach, mentoring individuals to discern their place in full-time Christian service. She also organizes recruitment events and represents Wycliffe Bible Translators at mission conferences. She grew up in the U.S. Northeast and was on staff with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship for 12 years before joining Wycliffe.

The Fausts live in Langley, B.C., and have two young adult children.
